Born and raised in Phillips County, Arkansas, Brian Stoner is deeply connected to the community and its people. His roots in this county drive his passion to serve and bring about positive change for all its residents.

  • Farmer in Phillips County for 37 years

 

  • Married to Beth Jenkins Stoner

 

  • Has 4 children and 12 grandchildren

 

  • Member of St. Mary’s Church

 

  • Serves on the board of Farm Bureau Insurance & Hardin Point, Inc.

 

  • Would be honored to follow in the footsteps of his father, Phillps County Judge Kenneth Stoner (1988-1996)
